Project enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details entered in the form, including your name, email address, organisation, project information, budget band and timing. We use this information to respond, assess whether we can help and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation.
Newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions use a confirmation email. We store the email address and subscription status through Resend only after confirmation. Every marketing email must include a way to unsubscribe.
Analytics
Google Analytics remains off unless you accept analytics cookies. If accepted, it helps us understand aggregate website use and conversion journeys. You can change that choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Service providers
We use Laravel Cloud for website hosting, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection and Google Analytics for consented website measurement. Each provider processes only the information required for its service.
Retention and rights
We retain enquiry information only while it remains useful for the conversation, related business records or legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing us.
